Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Printed journals (physical products)

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• It must be returned in original packaging
• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Refunds will be made to your original payment method

Return costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Digital downloads

Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Faulty or damaged items

If your printed journal arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the item
• Your order number

We will offer a replacement or full refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
